Just saw Dier on the bench and I'd go with that instead of Wanyama. Winks is doing well and will get to start in the CL. We should focus on getting the other CM's up to speed.

Serge is such a confidence player. As soon as he put the ball in for the 'own goal' he's been absolutely immense.

If he could play like this every week he'd be one of the best RBs in the league.

Um...he's still managed to completely miscontrol the ball twice under no pressure and also goes to ground too easily. Capable of great things but can be a liability.

Cracking first half performance. Putting aside the score, the tempo, positive passes and quick thinking is something we have missed so sorely recently. I think that is probably our best back 4 currently, both aurier and rose have been good down the wings and toby and verts have moved the ball well. Sissoko has also been excellent, showing that he can move it quickly and make decent long passes. Winks is the only one I still feel isn't playing with the confidence that the other have found. Great to see, hoping for more of the same 2nd half.
