Huge credit for the comeback.

A lot of stuff to work on though - that Villa game is going to be a massive test.

Great character to come back and get the win but we really need to see a cohesive 90 mins of football. We keep having good 10 min spells but that is just papering over cracks imo.

This team has huge potential but why can't we play the whole game like the last 20 min?

Counter attacks kill us so Villa game could be a hard watch. Or we play like we did since conceding and smash them. We will definitely score a goal and concede one. Always happy with 3 points and we dominated in all statistics and xg.

Who is it commentating on Talksport who keeps saying "Romerio"? :D

Every bloody time, nobody has corrected him, driving me mental!

I said earlier the players needed to pull their fingers out. They did. Well done them. Blaming Ange for them forgetting what they're obviously told to do on the training ground is silly.

They seem to be lacking confidence for some reason. Maybe the disjointed nature of the season is being discounted too quickly by us. They clearly still have great morale. Let's hope they find their feet in the next few weeks for a tough run in.
This sort of antsy debate always happens when an attacking team struggles to break down a low block and palace were an extreme example of that.

We all knew this was a process but I guess because of the great start we all got a bit carried away.

I'm glad you're keeping the faith because I certainly am.

Absolute masterclass from VDV. Huge props to Johnson too, did brilliantly for the equaliser.

Do you think Villa will play like Palace and Wolves did? Big test but a completely different game.

We win, yet I don't get very much from it. Once again we go behind and make it difficult and that's the only time when we seem to take the game with more Intensity.

Johnson did well for the first - he had a good cameo but not a great performance overall and in line with how we have been since before Christmas.

I know he played a sloppy pass when he came on, but from now on, I think both Gio and Madders have to start these kind of games. We need our best players on the ball on the pitch. There is no point having 83% possession, as we did in the first half, if we don't have technical players on the ball. Imo we are set up too much like a counter attacking team when playing bottom half opposition at home. When it's obvious we are going to dominate possession we need our best passers on the pitch.

No, but it's well-documented that they're very good at home.

We should get a lot of chances with their high line, but so will they.
