Jovial match thread.....weird. Am I in an alternate universe?
Who is gonna piss on the parade first.

Still 12hrs for the mood to sour.

I thought the Poch presser was positive yesterday. I’m chuffed about the talk about an organised high press. It screams out that our attitude is better to me.

Hope we get behind the team as fans today, we need it, they need it. Although I fear Saints will frustrate us so the groans are likely to set in if we don't score in the first half.

It'll soon turn from a match thread to a "let all moan about the commentator" thread  traditionally, Tony Gale.

If you ran a cheese grater across your cock it'd hurt. A lot. So you wouldn't do it again. Obviously :cautious:

But week after week the same people get pissed off by the commentator. I'm still not sure why they either allow themselves to be bothered by it in the first place or worse, get constantly annoyed by it and even double worse, share their annoyance like it's a fucking badge of honour. "I got annoyed by a pundit, look at what he had the cheek to actually say" well whoopey fucking doo :D

Going to the game today with my old man, it'll be his third visit but first spurs game.

Another palace performance please.

One of the rare occurrences where I actually think the performance is more important than the result, despite the two defeats on the spin.

An awful 1-0 win wouldn't really fix anything. I need to signs our pressing, one touch football and aggression is back.
A win is important good or bad. There are no good losses. We have to start winning on a regular basis and if the players are good enough the quality will come from the confidence gained from a winning run.

To be fair, our 1st half performances were a lot better in the Palace and Leicester games.

I still think we need to be creating more chances in the final 3rd though and the team as a whole, need to be giving an extra 10% all over the pitch.

Anyway, here's to a good performance and result.

Hoping for a nice relaxing weekend of sport and leisure.
.
So far Ireland have lost to Japan and there's a yellow weather warning here for a 12 o clock rainstorm which is expected to last 12 hours and will probably knock out the electricity as usual.
.
COYLW's .. Bring me some cheer !

@Bulletspur - Thanks as always. x

Start of a big week. Win today is a must, but needs to be backed up against Bayern and then in a fucking massive game away to Brighton. That away form malaise has to be put to bed. Today needs to give us confidence.

6-0 please :bored:
