People are picking players based on name and not on basis of form. How can you pick Lo Celso who is yet to be fully match fit, over Lamela or Lucas, two of our most in form players? A winning team is not picked on favourites or sentiments. Then we wonder why we do not win anything

Can’t believe how many people don’t have Bale in their starting lineup.

It's not that surprising really. I know he's Bale and all but Lucas and Lamela have still been playing better and then you have Son back.

Don't get me wrong I can certainly understand arguments for starting Bale and wouldn't be displeased to see it, I just wouldn't go as far as saying that I couldn't believe people haven't picked him.

Locelso, for me, is twice the player both ofn them are and will, be, provided he stays fit, our best midfield player. (My somewhat pointless opinion!) He needs minutes.

But I'd agree he should probably not start, yet. Slow intro back into the side.

Depends where you'd want him to play. I wouldn't want Lamela or Lucas as part of a midfield 3.

I’d be more than happy to use bale and lamela as subs with 25mins remaining to replace lo Celso and son
But I’d start with Lucas over bale right now, and lo Celso gets the start simply because we can play 433 with him.

Lamela much better as an impact sub. Main questions for me are, do we start Bale and who plays ACM - Moura or Lo Celso?

Subs: Hart, Aurier, Rodon, Sissoko, Dele, Bergwijn, Lamela, Lo Celso, Vinicius.

Guaranteed 3 points.
