Don't think Poch will play Ndombele yet, needs to get upto our required fitness levels. Think he will be used as a second half sub in first few games.

We desperately need a couple midfielders in, even then we need to get them upto speed of our system. This is based on the assumption Eriksen leaves, if he doesn't then I guess we slot him in and play 4 at the back instead of 5.

One look at that bench tells you everything you need to know about the state of our squad, faith in youth or another tough transfer window.

No it really doesn't as without injuries and suspensions it would read Dele,Son,Foyth,Dier,Aurier,Sanchez,Davies,Skipp,Wanyama - and that's leaving out Eriksen and/or a replacement for him !

Squad is very good if they are all fit and available. It could be better,sure, but it's very good now and could easily be better still by game day.

Yeah not ideal but as bad as this is going to sound, i'd expect to beat Villa with any team we put out and then lose to City with any team we put out, so i'm really focused on the games after that - where you'd hope that a) some more players are fit b) some more players have signed and are fit.

Oh definitely, i'd have loved to have played City in a couple of months time, with a fully fit squad - we'd give them a game alright.
