Think I would have bowled first given the over head conditions. Got bad feeling we might be seeing another sub 150 score from England.

Was surprised not to see Crawley in at 3. With the fall of the early wicket it would be like opening, so the selectors could have seen which of Burns, Sibley, Crawley should open when Root returns

Well Sibley hasn't made himself undroppable! Maybe he will in the second innings ...

Gabriel is a serious bowler.

Denly not convincing again. seem to chew up a lot of deliveries without really getting anywhere.

Really think it was error for Stokes to bat first given the over head conditions of first couple of days was alway going to favour the bowlers where play was possible.

Think he partly chose it as we have a horrendous record of batting second in the last few years.

One reason would have been dropping Broad then deciding to bowl first. Would have got slaughtered if it had gone pear shaped

157-8 isn't looking good, but I guess we have to wait until the Windies have had a go. There's been some good bowling, that's for sure.

Wasn’t expecting them to get over 200 with that tail, holder and Gabriel bowled well, be interesting to see how our guys fair with the ball.
Looking forward to watching Cornwall bat though!

West Indies have been fantastic bar just the one shelled catch.

I'll wait to see how they get on batting and how the bowlers approach their lines and lengths against them.

Not great start with the ball! Good conditions for broad to have been bowling

i don’t mind Broad being left lut. who knows how he’d have bowled. but its disappointing to see Archer bowling bouncers in the 8th over, when they’ve soent all day seeing how to bowl on this pitch.
