Things starting to move perhaps:

Lloris - Lazio
Sanchez - Monaco
Hjobjerg - Atletico
Spence - Palace
Tanganga - Inter

Nothing on Reguilon
Dier and N'Dombele happy to sit around and take the money.
Only if these reported links are legit, and of course the players even want to leave to these clubs.

I would want t play football, not sit on my arse all year.
You have to realise when the time is up and then make the best of it.

They ain't sitting on their arse. They are just not very good for the money. Ndombele that is. Dier is just at the tail end of his career.

But it's on Levy for making bad signings or extending contracts when he shouldn't.

Yup it's all starting to feel horribly familiar after a decent start to the window.

Doesn't feel as if there's much of a plan right now and it really wouldn't surprise me if Ange is handed a few misfits at the end of the window and nothing else
I disagree, it absolutely feels like there's a plan. The issue is we're "damned if you do, damned if you don't".

We needed to clear out the deadwood for 4-5 windows, and the rallying cry was always "get people in first so we're not left short", but we never did that, it was always sell to buy and we never had room, so we left key positions short.

This year, we said to hell with it, got 6 players in early, with the hope we could shift the deadwood later in the window, and add a few more players. Now, other teams know we have to shift 7-8 players and it gives them leverage to low ball us. It also doesn't help having 4 different managers playing 4 different styles so no one actually knows if the deadwood is good or not.

We need to just accept a loss on some of these players and sell, because there just isn't enough interest.

Also it's not just Felix wants Barca he's practically falling over himself for them. And Barca want him, but need to get rid of Fati first. They were trying to do a swap, but Atletico don't want Fati
There is a difference that should be noted tho as I mentioned above, Barca the club want him, Xavi their manager isn’t convinced. He also wants them to finalise Cancelo first. Idk, I think there is a strong likelihood Felix doesn’t end up at Barca imo and if he does i think it will be another mess. I actually think Xavi wants Lo Celso more then Felix but the club aren’t so convinced. Fact is Barca feel they need a star name to satiate their fans after missing out on Messi and Neymar + Dembele being sold against their wishes.

I’d be happy to sit on my arse all year on the money they earn!
So would I, however if I had the talent to play football at this level, and could earn similar/slightly less I'd chose this.

There is always opportunity to improve.

The irony of certain posters finding an opportunity to put the boot into the club once again because certain players are resistant to ‘moving on’ is priceless. 👌
