Obviously not. Think the point being made is our Dear Leader may well be having to go to South America to try and straighten things out, I suspect with regard to the 'complicated' Leandro deal. Entirely possible that if other targets have fallen through, he could be attempting to get some other Brazilian action too.

I'd say that was a pretty interesting turn of events. It also suggests that business over here may have (a) hit the buffers or (b) been done.

edit: and judging by JJ's tweet just there 'been done' appears unlikely

Never understood why they have to shift Ade in order to get in RvP? they can easily pay Ade for the next 2 years and just have him doing nothing. Havent the ffp rules been pushed back to 2015?

They can afford to let him rot, but on his wages it wouldn't look very good for City if they did that. I'm sure Fifa would have something to say about it as well. It probably wouldn't look very good for players thinking of coming into the club either. Plus as Punky said RVP and Ade aren't the best of friends.

To be fair the 6 we would field would have quite a lot of goals in them, would be: Bale, Sandro, Rafa, Gylfi, Jenas/Hudd and Aaron.
Not saying this is good, but would send Levy quite the signal from AVB if nothing else.
