I would only expect ITK to confirm a done deal as it appears things have moved very fast today... any news other than a done deal will be old news within an hour or so given how fast things are moving.

Also it's all out in the public domain from multiple highly respected sources so not much of a need for them to give extra input plus it's moving at such a pace that info they may have heard earlier might already be redundant.

All the ITKs seem to be on the same page and are all optimistic right now. Of course, things can change after one phone call but no one is speaking against it at the minute.
