Agreed, in order to get two in, first one really needs to be moving very close by midday, leaving a good 6 hours for the second one.
However, there was significant talk yesterday from a few of the ITK that deals would already obviously be someway down the line, not starting from scratch today.

IMO Levy time refers to the deadline day deals that Levy does nearly every summer window. Not all of them are a sucess, but you can nearly guarantee that Levy WILL sign SOMEONE on deadline day, he almost always does.
