As long as a player is physically and technically talented I’ve got faith in Conte getting performance out of them. We have too many that fit neither category getting into our team. Lacroix has those attributes, very quick and graceful mover, decent on the ball. I’d be reasonably optimistic with this one, although I would prefer someone more proven

If spurs bought top quality in all positions on a regular basis then it shouldn’t matter who the manager is as players would be good enough. I don’t buy into conte needs conte players or next manager needs his players. If we buy quality to start with then new manager may only require the odd big signing to make their system work.

I totally agree .
IE A flying right back is basically a wing back . They are just good players who can fit in different system regardless of manager .
