I think that they've only met the once, when AVB went to the Brazil hotel to meet him and got pictured talking to hulk.
AVB does seem to make a good first impression and it must have been the effort he put in to meet Sandro that impressed as well as his general demeanour.

Can I ask how you came about this info?
I'm pleased to hear it 'cos Sandro is fast becoming my favourite Spur.

Just a mate told me after meeting him at a recent do (Sandro's wasn't with the squad a week or so ago)

Regarding Akqa's first (and to a degree second) ITK on Pienaar, if it is true that the Toffees are paying all the money up front then i can't imagine they paid much of a loan fee and/or wage percentage in January as that would have cost them a few pennies. And they aren't the most well off club atm - surely they'd want/expect a lower transfer fee in return

Aren't most deals nowadays a fee upfront, plus future instalments and other add ons? Hence the increasing numbers of 'undisclosed fees'

If DL gets £4m plus up front, and Everton did pay a loan fee and wage %, factoring in a good chance of increased fan base/commercial potential in SA as a result of his signing, then DL truly is the master.

If you name is DL then all fess are future installments and add ons based on performance. I wouldn't be surprised if we are still paying Blackburn £5pw towards the Bentley transfer - only 2,999,844 weeks left to pay.

Thanks guys. Anyhow, something for SC first.

Lots of rumours that Lloris is in London today. He isn't. He's firmly training with Lyon in NYC (Jersey) actually for the French Cup Game on Saturday. Has been there since weekend. Fits with my understanding that we're desperate to get him. I'm not entirely sure that Levy is there talking to him or others.

They are in Montreal TODAY. They have pictures (on something called Twitter) from their grand day out at Mount Royal Park this morning. You can see Lloris in that picture. They are not trainingin Jersey

Do you mean Levy is in NYC? or you are not sure he is in NYC?
Levy was pictured with Keano the other day in LA so i am not sure it makes sense to in flight across to the East Coast then back to LA in the West Coast..

He's waiting on top of the Empire State Building. He and Lloris met there six months ago and promised to meet back up in the exact same spot on their anniversary. Will Lloris make it back from Montreal in time? Will Levy be heart-broken? Will Meg Ryan remake this timeless story before her face turns into a baboon's ass? Stay tuned.

I think they are waiting to get the funds from the sale of Timmy to the Red Bulls

That is a beautiful story, i am intrigued to know how it ends now, will we sign Meg Ryan as our 2nd striker or will she continue to churn out more mediocre shite...

Ouch. We must be in sad shape if we are waiting from money from an American soccer team to filter through the poorest club in England so that we can afford more purchases. We're gonna be down to selling blood plasma soon. :D

Well, in fairness...passing on the info after it's appeared on the OS wouldn't exactly be ITK.

If I'm told something is done then my take on that is it's completed, surely the info should have been very close or nearly done
People connected with the deal and clubs concerned will know when a deal has been completed, that's the time to say it's done and that would no doubt be before the announcement on the OS
Akqayid asked for some feedback re his posts earlier, this isn't an attack on him but just pointing out he does himself no favours by trying to jump the gun, as he's done with Pienaar now because if the Everton deal was completed, there is no way on this earth he'd be at our training ground today

The Pienaar thing is nothing, Ade's been done for about three weeks now and Vertonghen was apparently sleeping in a hotel in London and flying back to Amsterdam every morning for training with Ajax.

If pienaar fee was agreed (aka done) it would be on the everton OS as soon as they got off the phone to eales! They see this as a massive deal! Then would be on our site after! And then he would travel up and agree terms! So he wouldnt of been training with modric today! That came from my biatch ITK! And he was told AVB talking about the adebayor deal is all part of the game plan!
