Not sure Dragons info is quite what it used to be.
Doesn't he get news from an agent?
We seem to keep a pretty tight ship nowadays and I'm not sure that many agents would know anything about deals they're not involved in.
Would also think that we'd prioritise Lo Celso over Ceballos.

Happy to be corrected if I’m talking shite, but isn’t Dragon the person who used to be pretty close to what’s going on and then got reprimanded by the club for getting completely pissed on a pre/post season tour and shooting their mouth off?

Or have I just made that up? :cautious:.

I am kind of worried that all the info we have gotten so far seems very set in stone and is basically know. There have been no real alternatives mentioned and our whole transfer strategy is based on game of chicken with Betis that will only delay not only Lo Celso's integration, but also other players we are interested in.

This to me is starting to feel very reminiscent to the last couple of years even the big money signing of Ndombele that was similar to Sanchez's who was our one big signing and everything else was meh.

For me us trying seemingly sticking to plan A signings is a very good thing. Too often would we move on to plan C or D who rarely worked out (looking at you there Benji Stambouli).

ALL is very, very, very POSITIVE (y)

I am calm.

If you read Ali's update from last week, it doesn't appear that too much has moved. Which is fine as the targets are clear and nothing catastrophic has happened that I can see.

Moving unwanted players on is just as important as getting players in (even if less exciting) not least because it can facilitate future incomings. This is good news.

Good move for Tripps, good luck to him.

All the best to him, fair play for taking the risk. Not many british players around his level do.

Anyone else shitting themselves with the possibility Lo Celso only happens if we shift GNK and Janssen?

It's so ridiculous it's unreal. Don't strengthen because you can't shift players who can't even make the sqaud. Poor management from all concerned.

I keep reminding myself that everything is ‘smoke and daggers’ at this stage in a TW.
Nobody is gonna show anyone else their best hand and everybody is giving out false ‘shadows’ of where they are going.
Nothing is set in stone. For all we know, Spurs and RM have already agreed terms for Erikson, Ceballos, Bale and anyone else who is to be thrown in as make-pieces. The same with all the other clubs.
Lo Celso and Zaniolo and the Sessengons (for Rose) may be done.
Or not.

Having already had a genuinely informative post clipped this morning I'm aware I may be risking the wrath of the ban stick by asking this.. but when you say beneath is that from a sitting or standing view point? If standing then surely it's just a gap between your thighs, if sitting surely it's a sweaty mess in this weather and thus not dusty.

So with all the positive ITK that we are doing ok if I understand from previous ITK about our targets being out in the media:

Sessegnon brothers
Lo Celso
Digne?

Is that everyone or am I missing someone?

No problem. Keep using Eriksen during August and then sell him at the end of the month to Real. By then Lo Celso will have got integrated having been signed at 10.59 on 8 August
