In all seriousness, cracking ITK. The last time we got such an ITK for a forward, it ended up being Carlos Vinicius. Fingers crossed its someone really good this time.

In fairness, I think Carlos Vinicius did an alright job in the handful of appearances he made, and he looked like he cared on the pitch. (Anyway, not for further discussion on this thread)

Cut and paste the link into 12 ft ladder, removes all paywalls, and rightly so.

Maybe Scoulding will be more tasked with academy and development squad, both additions and managing outgoing loans etc, supporting Paratici that way. Wasn’t there fall of Paratici not being happy with the development setup. Bolster the sides so they develop a winning habit early.
I think there’d be some real benefit from placing serious focus there. Load up the conveyor belt so we’re not in mass churn every summer.

I tried it on Edge and it didn't reload automatically but I just refreshed the page and it worked alternatively another poster suggested sticking the link in here - 12ft Ladder

Great appointment this, he’s been bringing some top players in at Rangers (sadly) while working with limited budgets.

Hopefully means we can move on some of the young talent in the SPL just now. Some very good players coming through in key positions for us.

Can’t judge the players scouted at rangers on whether they are good enough for the prem as his job was to get gettable players for the Scottish prem. I’m sure he found others that couldn’t be convinced to go there. Fact is he’s got a good rep and if he can be finding young talent and some u23 players that may spring a first team surprise then great
