ali z: No to get you all excited but told to expect an incoming we will be happy with (not GNK or PAU)

Vomit and jizz inducing....that's never happened before.

I don't know if I can do this for another window...

Talksport saying we've offered £16m for Sissoko

Also apparently we're getting some kid from Charlton.

Look, any discussion of our transfer business this summer has to include the fact that the club's revenues have exploded by 80 million pounds this season (50 million television deal increase and 30 million for the CL). Our revenues are now the 9th largest in the world and we are richer than Juventus, Dortmund and Atletico Madrid. How can this have ZERO impact on our spending parameters?

The THST needs to get Levy on the record: where is the surplus money from the television deal and CL qualification going? Is it going to build a debt free stadium for ENIC? What guarantees do supporters have that spending will be massively ratcheted up when the stadium is paid off by 2021 or thereabouts?

There is a clear trend in the EPL. Commercial and television money and not gate receipts are driving revenues. The stadium might have been a game changer if built in 2006, when revenues were below 100 million pounds. But in an era when even Liverpool is 100+ million pounds ahead of us because of commercial dealings, it'll have a far lesser impact (and that's assuming the Prem doesn't institute ticket caps on home tickets like they just did with 30 pound away ticket caps).
I knew there were significant increases in the TV deals but I didn't realise it was by this much. Are these figures accurate?

That strong mofo Levy. always knew he would get the job done for us. Expecting Christian Jolley is the signing who will make us happy.

Where is all the stuff about Poch being pissed off / leaving coming from?

Hasn't he stated in the past that he isn't that bothered about buying stars but he is more interested in making stars?

As long as Poch and Levy are happy with the overall project and expectations remain reasonable, all noises seem to suggest this is still true then I am pretty sure Poch is staying at Spurs.

Anybody that thinks because of this we will finish below top 6 I would be willing to have a bet with you. I think that is a pure minimum that we would get and will probably be higher with good runs in a cup or two.

Also we can't compete against the money bags teams toe to toe that is why we do it in a different way which hasn't been too bad the last couple of years.

could that be Ademola Lookman or whatever he's called? If so, he looks pretty handy. Would be happy with that

That's the one. No doubt the signing we'll be happy with. Loaned straight back for the season apparently.

Also, they're reporting that a skip lorry has just turned up at Spurs Lodge. They reckon Isco might be hiding inside.

Stadium is still a game changer, Arsenal make 60 million a year more than us through gate revenue, and you can earn about 100 million a year through ticket sales alone.

Also Its more like 20m per club PL tv deal increase based on a very quick look around.

Anyway this is all a little out of topic.
