I have an idea, AVB is the manager and targets and signings are being worked out.

But he isn't an official employee and instead he gets his salary under the table as He still wants to pocket 100k from Chelsea so I think AVB will say that he is providing voluntary services to Tottenham hence Chelsea still have to pay him.

So he will never be officialy announced as our manager; Just a volunteer.
