I can certainly remember more disappointing deadline days than exciting ones. Even when we signed VDV the excitement was diluted by the fact that we were crying out for an out and out striker at the time. Anyway, here's hoping this is a good one. COYS!

Hoping for another thrilling end to the transfer window, hopefully with a Levy special. MS and Tevez would be bloody good, but it`ll probably not happen.

It's going to be like domino's today, once one move happens it will spawn another and another. Bung in the home grown rule and FFP and I'm sure Levy will be on the case. I picture him in a war room with a hundred people on the phones and him slowly plotting every move. Let's hope we bin benny and zeki off to Palace and that the ITK two we get in are of top quality.

Plus a tenner from me for every big signing that comes in.

Christ its gloomy in here. I wouldn't be surprised if Sandro goes permanently somewhere and not necessarily in the UK. Fryers looks gone to Crystal Palace, good move for him, so that probably leaves Holtby and one other if not Assou Ekotto.

Doubt Schneiderlin will happen and think Welbeck will be a last minute if he waits to see if a better move comes available.

All in all an interesting day as always

Bearing in mind that Falcao is available for 8.5 Million loan fee plus wages, I really hope the loan fee for Welbeck isn't anything close to that. And we should try our best to install a buy option with any loans we make.
