Disappointed to see a few people agreeing with the draw.

I'm sorry, but we should be beating Sunderland fairly easily.

QPR game did not flatter us.

I get so fed up with people saying QPR were poor, like we had nothing to do with it.

We played that game at a high intensity and made them look really poor.

What disappointed about the Liverpool game is they didn't even have to play that well as we didn't see any of that intensity we had seen the previous week - and they still got the rub of the green at the significant points in the game, so it could of been different even though we didn't play as well.

If we approach the game like we did against QPR and play with intensity and some swagger there is absolutely no reason why we can't beat them.

"Tottenham's results up to the 3-0 defeat at home to Liverpool game had flattered them."

Firstly, we'd only played two games before then. How can such a comment be made based on two games? Even more so, when in one of those two games we battered QPR (who incidentally have since managed to beat the team we're up against this weekend).

"Had West Ham scored that penalty in the first game, then Spurs would have lost."

Well they didn't so that's irrelevant and also something he can't actually know. We hung on for most of the game with 10 men. The same week Arsenal scraped a win at home to Palace and Liverpool to Southampton and both were apparently showing signs of title challengers for scraping through in such circumstances.

I have no problem with him predicting us to get a point (I think we'll win to be honest) but these comments are just completely nonsensical.

We were good but they were very poor and lost the match in the first half when they went 3 at the back

Lawro = knob end of the highest order.

If his current predictions were correct UTD would be second, QPR 5th and we'd be 13th with Newcastle above us. Seriously, the BBC are using our money to pay this twat. He's another good reason why you shouldn't pay your licence fee.

Oh, and he predicted a 2-0 win for Liverpool today..... :ROFLMAO: keep it up Lawro!

Go on LAWRO you know it makes sense... I actually miss this guy on MOTD, at least he added a bit of character. If MOTD isn't careful it's gonna die a slow death with Shearer & Murphy..

After leading twice at the Stadium of Light against Sunderland last week, Tottenham should have won that game and it was definitely two points dropped.

I cannot see Spurs slipping up on Sunday, however, even after Thursday's trip to Serbia to play Partizan Belgrade in the Europa League.

I know West Brom have had lots of injury problems, and they will be desperate for Joleon Lescott to be fit to make his debut, but I do not see that making much difference to the outcome.

Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Lennon's prediction: West Brom are struggling to score goals, and struggling to keep clean sheets as well. 3-1

Lawro was on the verge of tipping Newcastle to beat us at The Lane on Sunday but has settled for a draw 1 - 1. Apparently something goes wrong for Spurs in every game and we're missing a certain player very badly........ and that player is Michael Dawson.

And Liverpool will comfortably beat Hull 2 - 0 especially as Dawson is not fit to play for them.

He has just come out with this line
"I think the time to judge Liverpool will be when they have Daniel Sturridge back and he has been back for six to 10 matches."

He was talking about Rodger's job and when he should be assessed. So he thinks Liverpool should be judged near the end of the season and not before then

Funny how our players where flops and how soldado couldn't score from open play last yet liverpool have a striker who scored less goals than soldado ffs

The poor form of both Liverpool and Arsenal this season has brought the partisan and biased punditry on the Beeb and Sky into focus more than ever before. Merson now ends every prediction about us with, "That's not my Arsenal head talking", which is an unwitting admission that he's got no credibility.

There has been so much hypocrisy in how Liverpool have been talked about in comparison to how we were kicked from pillar to post last season that very few of the long-serving pundits have retained any credibility, even amongst fans of Liverpool and Arsenal.

If I was a producer for BBC, Sky or BT, I would be all over the emerging pundits like Jermain Jenas to freshen things up. JJ is also very balanced about Spurs despite spending much of his career with us. For as long as Pulis isn't managing he should be well sought after also.

Lawro predicting 2-0 Chelsea, fair enough but did he actually watch the game against Everton!!!

'Tottenham have not won at Stamford Bridge in 27 attempts since February 1990, and I cannot see them changing that dreadful record after watching them against Everton on Sunday.

Yes, Spurs won the game but they look like a collection of individuals and every department of the team looks disjointed.'

Unbelievable!
