Thing is when Alli scores Eriksen does genuinely look happy and invested

That's what I can’t quite work out, he doesn’t seem too different, his ability just seems to have left him, it is frankly bizarre. I don't actually blame Pochettino for trying to find it or wondering where it's gone.

For the record I do believe this is nearing the end for Poch here, but not because he has become a bad manager overnight
He has put the club first, went a few windows hardly spending as we built our new stadium.... Now things have gone stale, his mistake was this.
He will go, and we will lose a great man, a really decent man, who I think we let down.
He gave us some wonderful seasons and gave us a team to be proud of

Now we are hounding him out

He will go so where else and be a success, he has lost his way, his condidence and is making errors I admit.... He is human, pity we won't give him the tools and time to fix it

Alot of the scathing comments on here make me ashamed to be a fan.... The fuck off comments.... Pathetic

I'm done on here for the forseeble.... Before I get banned
It is a shame that it goes this way.

While disappointing that Poch didn't deliver a trophy, overall he has done a great job for us.

I have tried defending Poch and thinking of giving him time but I believe his time is done. If he leaves then in no time at all he would receive a huge amount of respect from fans.

I wish we could just show him the respect now. Just because his tenure is coming to an end doesn't mean we need to abuse him.

Bayern taking a punt on Poch wouldn't be too different to Liverpool taking a punt on Klopp after Dortmund's form went to shit. That hasn't worked out too badly for them.

Sometimes things just get stale and come to a natural end, doesn't mean Poch wouldn't do a good job at Bayern.

Personally hope they do come in for him, I'll be grateful for the memories but definitely time to part company

That's miracle. We are not creating enough chances and let the opposition create too many

We should be 14th based on expected points. It's sad and painful (for me as well) but statistically correct
There is some comfort for us in those stats. They suggest Leicester have been lucky rather than brilliant. Albeit United are the opposite, but they're obviously a way behind. If you take the expected points as an indicator of what will happen in the next 27 games, then add the points already achieved, it suggests a comfortable 3rd for Chelsea and then a toss-up for 4th between United and Leicester, both predicted only 63 points. Now in all likelihood one will do a little better and the other a little worse, but it suggests high-60s should be enough for 4th - closer to the historic standard than what we've seen in recent season. If we take 67 as a target, that would mean precisely 2 points per game from here on out - perfectly achievable if we can turn things around (whether by sacking Poch or otherwise) even if we don't perform quite as well as this squads' managed at its peak (86 points a couple of years ago, on course for 90 at the midway point last year). But it does rely on a) the model being right about Leicester, and b) them not just lucking out and shithousing their way through the season, and we know how that's gone before! If they keep up their results we're probably screwed.

You are right. 4 CL campaigns in a row! Far outweighs any FA cup trophy or what not. The run in CL over several seasons is a true achievement, and probably worth more to the club than maybe even winning the league once.

Absolutely, he has given us 5+ good years.

It's the internet. You need to abuse himand condescend him because he disagrees with you.

I then report you, to you. You then ban BBLG from the transfer section.
I think he was just trying to avoid getting involved in the type of unnecessarily long winded debate that tends to be commonplace with me, particularly as I’ve been more than a tad confrontational for the past 3.5 hours.

Thing is I have read people suggesting Poch's poor time in 2019 will rule him out of a top job. I just don't see that happening.

He is a well respected coach, except on here, and getting us to the CL final means good clubs will be very interested. It's just a question of where he fits.

Give him some time . But get rid of eriksen
How much time do you give him then? I mean we could give him the rest of the season, but I doubt Poch has the tactical nous for a premier league relegation fight, moreover, it is much more likely that Eriksen will outstay Poch anyway.

I really don't understand why there are fans that still want to give him time. One of the biggest, if not the biggest thing for me that has been his downfall is his inability to adapt. When his system stops being effective what has he shown in his locker? Nothing, nada and pretty much fuck all, all in one.

In this interview, it tells me exactly why Poch should be moved on. He doesn't have an appetite for change or else he would have found it by now. this isn't a Spurs only thing, it was well apparent during his time at Espanyol and even more so at Southampton, which after us signing him we kinda laughed off their fans saying he had no plan B.

No one is buying into his ethos anymore and why on earth Levy hasn't just bit the bloody bullet and let him go is beyond me!

Good post but as a club we have not let him down, both Levy and Poch have done their best but sometimes things do not work out, a bit like a marriage per say.
But I still give Poch this week and this time next week, we can look again at the future,

Did I really? haha I can't remember that. Did you actually ask to be banned?

Well, no. He joked you’d ban, you said ‘ok then’, I thought I was being incredibly funny by saying ‘don’t agree to that’ playing on a different but clearly incorrect meaning of your ‘ok then’, and nobody got it because it wasn’t actually as funny as I thought.

it’s been a long day.

I was just joking.

I think we all need to go to bed.
