IMHO i don't think it should be best 11 more like best 15 or 16, Yes Lloris and Kane always will be first picks but the rest them should all be worried about their starting positions.
correct, however its hard when hes freezing them out, they dont want to be here, or always injured.

Poch is incredibly unlucky that he hasn’t had Lo Celso available yet as reckon he’ll make a massive difference when available.

Would like to think Sessegnon will offer something different too.

But he really doesn’t help himself making some stupid decisions - why leave Aurier behind after he had a good game against palace?

Why play Sanchez at right back again when he was awful there against arsenal?

Toby can play right back and we had KWP on bench, what kind of message is it to KWP that a centre back is being played out of position over him?

Why wasn’t Eriksen hauled off early second half and why does Poch continue to be so darn divery with substituting?

Poch has a real stubbornness to him and it’s not a good quality in this case.

Looked back at our results from jan this year. The only time we really played well was the 1-0 home defeat to Man Utd. Beat Huddersfield 4-0 but who didn’t last season. Even the champ lge we just played for 20 or 30 mins in city and Ajax games. CL results looking a bit of a one off. As if the players just roused themselves when we were on the verge of going out.
If these performances continue we could be looking for a new manager by Christmas. Would take a lot for Levy to sack him. I think it’s more likely he would walk if he cannot get anything out of the players.
Perhaps Poch is being questioned by players now 5 years older than when he first arrived. Maybe he can’t cope with this and prefers young players who will blindly follow him.
It really is a game and a half at Leicester on Saturday.
If this was happening at another club we would expect the manager gone sooner rather than later.
Watford manager gone after crap results from start of the year, even allowing for fa cup final appearance.
Pulis gone from West Brom in similar circs a couple of years ago
Need great performances from Harry, Sonny and Winks on Sat.
We live in hope.

Agree, not sure whos better out there but Poch needs to sort his shit out. Club needs a freshen up, all the new players are constantly injured too.

I still cant understand why Kane is still playing the full 90 minutes each and every game even when we are 3-0 up at half time
What can't you understand. Kane is our talesman and when fit he plays. We are a better team with Kane playing.

Sanchez at RB was a definite head scratcher from Poch last night.

Even if KWP wasn't fully fit last night, we still had Dier who has more experiance in the RB role than Sanchez

I’d say that’s more to do with bad luck than anything Poch or the coaching staff have done.

Maybe, but it very well could also be his intense fitness regimen(s) finally paying a toll - don't forget our squad has not changed much at all since his arrival (compared to other clubs). Lots of these players have several miles on them now.

Can't help but feel he may be in slight self preservation mode. He knows our results and form over the last few months have been very poor, and I really feel he's beginning to slowly make out its the players who are responsible. Especially with his presser last night.

Stubbornness. More like ego sometimes. Is it just me that feels like his humility towards the players has gone? It seems like he has this vibe of authoritarian over the players now than ever before.

The squad should have been gradually updated but window after window we didn’t do much business and it’s hard to try and move on half a squad and rebuild in one go. We’ve had 3 chances - when Leicester won and everything seemed to go for them, when Chelsea won and they didn’t have Europe to cope with and last season CL final, feel the opportunity has gone now and we have to start again ☹️

Even in worst case scenario, it’s not quite as bad as starting again.

Hopefully once NDombele and GLC are up to speed and Sess is fit it’ll give us a new look.
These three plus both Harry’s, Son and Lucas give us plenty to work with.

Sometimes just bringing in the right attitude can change things. We need a winner. I’ve watched a couple of Roy Keane interviews lately and the way he talks, about setting standards, being the managers voice on the pitch, never ever accepting second best etc, obviously such players are hard to come by but we are crying out for someone like that.

Basically a proven winner

"The only way is to be more demanding. Training needs to be harder. Psychologically harder." I'd like to see some intensity on the pitch again. Let's make the opposition worried when they have the ball again.
Since Poch has been here we’ve been an ‘effort team’. Our motto is ‘work harder, not smarter’. That’ll only get us so far, and maybe we’ve already hit the limit.

For players, the likes of Barca and Real are in a higher league than us, but for coaches I reckon we’re top tier now. If Poch fucked off tonight, Pep and Klopp would have their lawyers looking for loopholes.
