They aren't slagging Poch off, they are passing on what their players are saying is happening/being said. In my case anyway.

People have to remember this isn't something that's just happened it's been building and picking up pace for a long time.

The players are low on confidence and have a lack of belief in what they are being asked to do. This brings doubt on the pitch and it's impossible to play like a coherent team.

If it’s the main players then we’ve a real problem.

Only a top draw replacement will suffice to keep players like Kane at the club. Any make do like Howe, Benitez etc will end in disaster.

No matter what we can’t let these past 5 years of growth go to waste, which would IMO be appointing another ‘project’ type manager. We need someone to show the players now and in future we are serious about being important both in Europe and domestically. Our next manager simply has to be a big name with a track record of trophies e.g. Mourinho/Allegri (which makes me think peel off the bandaid now and just push for one of them, or at least put out feelers). We need someone to drag our club to trophies by force seeing as we can’t trust the current ownership or management to do it

Can we excommunicate the want away players bring in the younger players/ available remaining players and see how we play because we can't look any worse than this week. Then we can tell if Poch is done or not.

I cant see Levy pick anything less as a manager. I think he really wants to get us into the big time and maybe sell the whole thing or go public again with shares.

where in the media?
There has been a suggestion that Kane is now one of the players not fully believing in Poch in both the media and ITK. Wouldn't surprise me to honest. I think the fact he still hasn't posted after the game is quite telling.

I remember hearing that stuff about Kane and Poch too but I think a lot has changed in recent months. Like you said it appears the dressing room has been completely lost.

One thing that will force Levy's hand is thousands of empty seats at our lovely stadium .
The last days of the Wenger empire witnessed empty seats by the thousand , if that happens then it's goodbye Poch.

Sales for Red Star don't look that good ar the moment so could be happening.

If he hasnt been sacked by now, i dont think he will be.

True - it's more about the fact that he wants us to act like a big club, and a big club would be considering his position.

So, he has to almost hope we haven't started thinking like one?

The worst thing about yesterday is that it was begging for a response from the CL debacle. That performance was an insult.

So let me try to understand you. Can you articulate what you disagree with?

Yes.

Stop blaming Lloris injury on the players problems. Take responsibility for getting a bunch of things wrong like leaving Winks on his own against Bayern which was a disaster and not solving the right back problem. Not being able to create fluidity and then against Bayern throwing it all forward in the first half an hour without considering the consequences.
Not putting his foot down by putting his job on the line with Levy demanding what he needed to be successful. Talking us up and talking us down in reaction to the situations. Changing what he says on a week to week basis.

I don't think he blamed Hugo's injury on player problems. If he did, I haven't seen or heard it.

In the previous game when Hugo made an absolute howler, Pochetting said" Don't blame him. Don't blame the players. Blame me. I tell them to play like that." He's said similar things before about other players and disappointing performances or results.

Most of the rest is just things you and many of us wish he'd done differently, but nothing to do with his failing to take responsibility.

As for putting his foot down with Levy, not one of us has the first clue about what they say to each other. If you really mean he should threaten to leave when he doesn't get his way, I'd argue that whilst we may like to see it, it would be a good definition of failing to take responsibility for the job he's been given.

I personally think he wants us to do well (as a supporter), but has to do it in a way that keeps Uncle Joe happy.

From what I read into the ownership, if JL has to invest, he'll do it by reducing DL's stake... which would then eventually lead to the kind of model Man Utd or Arsenal have, where the club is ran for commercial reasons only.

The 'long game' here, I believe, is that DL has been building the club where it can fund itself for transfers, and it looks like we're pretty much there. I hope and expect that we'll see things done differently, as we did in the summer (imo).

Personally, i’d give it till Wednesday\Thursday before reaching such a conclusion. The week and a half international break has given Levy a bit of time to make a decision.

Would’nt be too surprised if Poch is sacked and his replacement confirmed a couple of hours later.

Poch wouldn't sort United out if they did come in for him.

Their problems run far deeper than a managerial change.

As a club, we’ve been on borrowed time with Kane for a while. About to hit his peak, another year of nothing to show for it. Even if Poch stays can’t imagine Kane will for much longer

We have seen this story a million times in football.

We love Poch but he is done.

That was a disgrace after Tuesday.

He ain’t our mate, he is here to build a successful team.

Like you say, that CL debacle was begging for a response. Add that to Hugo’s early injury yesterday and the players should have been fired up to produce a positive performance, instead of the insult we got yesterday.

The prospect of losing Kane, or even someone like Son, is probably the biggest reason why we can’t afford to just Write this season off.

If he does get the sack, i’ll be shocked if Levy appoints a replacement that soon. And if he does, then it’ll be a Sherwood type to steady the ship instead of a longer term one like Mourinho, Allegri or Rafa
