The next step is absolutely crucial. I am all out for a clearout. Underperfoming 6/10 players out of the way : Dembele, Paulinho, Lennon, Soldado, Adebayor etc. . Get finally in 2 or 3 first teamers. Schneiderlin (he surely moved on now), a top class striker and maybe one for creative things with pace. Fill the rest of the squad with our youth players.
Totally unrealistic and not going to happen, but thinking about this squad, I would certainly love it:

2. Walker, 3. Rose, 4. Vejlkovic, 5. Vertonghen, 16. Ball, 21. Fazio, 28. Ogilvie, 33. Davies, 34. Yedlin + CCV, Walker-Peters
6. Schneidelin, 7. Mertens, 8. Onomah, 11. Lamela, 17. Townsend, 19. Winks, 21. Chadli, 23. Eriksen, 29. Capoue, 38. Mason, 42. Bentaleb, 44. Ceballos + Miller, Sonupe
9. Rodriguez, 10. Bony, 18. Kane + Oduwa, Edwards
