Absolutely man and course hope it is part of a wider plan for a reorg which removes levy from football side but would imagine it's nearly impossible for him to walk away after 20 years of it. Like management or playing I'd say it's like a drug to him and so hard to step back
UFORTUNATELY. Iagree with you. Wish he were different but he can’t seem to let go.

According to Alastair Gold, when Levy employed Paratici, he (FP) laid out a comprehensive plan to restructure the club from top to bottom, from the recruitment of academy players, coaching staff, scouting system, all the way to the top including 1st team player recruitment , and according to AG, Levy is only half way through implementing this plan.
If the plan is to make us defensive from the academy up, better dismantle everything and start again when we have a manager

Sounds like yet another 5 year plan to me

Yes.

But we’ve got rid of the manager.

If the overall plan is to play full defensive football, there’s no point in anything to do with the club any more.

Just getting a new manager wouldn’t be enough.

Oh well, as long as we get some positive comments.
You won’t when you hear someone post from a “mate” who supports a club with a complete rebrand when Munn took his position,
He created a brilliant coaching structure and the development of training facilities (nearly all other clubs hire out public facilities - perth glory were training at a high school recently as an example). They’ve had recent success through some good structures now flourishing

you’ll find the “passion” from Australians comes from a very thin skin btw.. they’re not keen on investing energy into a losing team and love a football code hop (afl to football to NRL is a typical example) when it suits

Munn also took over at the GC Suns and was on a hiding to nothing given no one would’ve given them a chance before they came into the AFL. He probably learnt more in his career doing that than a Guardiola would managing teams with the best budgets in the planet..

Id say he’s been through the ringer, so best outcome for us is that he’s someone with a pretty hardened experience of professional sport dealing with some pretty horrible execs and would suit Premier League football

Let’s give him a chance before expecting the world straight away and use the newly established scouting system (from what I’m hearing with Mitchell coming back to head up that) and let Levy run his little plan to operate “Brand Tottenham” nefariously from a higher perch with non technical input into the Football team.

Spoken to a mate in Melbourne who supports Melbourne City

Says that they celebrated when he left as CEO, he was nicknamed Munt by their supporters as he was incompetent and bought shit players and coaches.

Also said they have dominated since he left. Maybe he put down the foundations…

Seems as liked by their supporters as Levy from the comments on social media he sent me when they announced he was leaving

Obviously all the view of an Aussie mar
Missed this originally. Well thats encouraging isn’t it. 😂

Mitchell is coming back? Is that actually a good thing. I’ve read more negative than positive things about him since he left spurs.
