Leicester finished 8th and 5th in recent seasons if my memory is correct. It's genuinely not crazy to think any club who makes a few wrong moves can't go down.

Think about Lecister is they have some decent talent in the side, Maddison and Barnes in particular but they lack decent management and appear to have mentally collapsed. It’s a warning to others including us.

I think the Brentford double header and the player walk round could be very uncomfortable for him on Saturday. The lap of shame will probably have to stop because I suspect there will be lots of levy out chants if we lose.

First double header where neither home team has a perm manager isn't it? Bet that's one trophy other teams don't have!

I absolutely detest Oliver Holt but this paragraph is bang on:

"Spurs is a manager’s graveyard. It is a club where the shadow of Levy lingers over all and inhibits all. It is a club that relies on an excuse culture. It is a club that refuses to commit. It is a club that backs away from any vision that does not pay due reverence to the god of the deal. There is always a caveat. There is always a catch. "

It's not just Levy and the club either there are still a lot of fans(quite a few on here) stuck in this very mindset.

The answer to this is don't renew your memberships or ST, like me and every Spurs mate I know. It might just dawn on Levy and Enic that 20 thousand tourists don't create much atmosphere. But I doubt it.
To be honest I think our only hope is when Lewis hands over to Vivien she'll dump the bald one

I'm not renewing 3 expensive (in my mind) corporate tickets that my company uses !! not that it will make any difference as they have already said there's people waiting for them

In my experience, corporates don't make a lot of noise either, and it's hardly a good sell to watch shit football.

Same here -already given up my executive tickets. The only thing I'll miss is the pre match grub 😅

Is it any good? I’ve thought about doing the corporate for a one off game in the past but no idea if it’s worth it and whether the quality of the food is any good.

It's alright. As Essex Spur said above, not as good as it was. You can basically eat as much as you want. It's all laid out, and you can help yourself. Also you get half time refreshments and after match too.

No light at the end of the tunnel until pound store Putin is out the door which is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
Comparing him to a guy who went to war with a country just because he doesn't run the club how you want? That's new.

I get people hate him, but really? Is there any need?

Don't like it, put me on ignore. Absolutely insane that you think I'm comparing him in the literal sense. Come on FFS.

Yes I know it's because he is bald, but you went to a war criminal before anyone else.

Yeah course its just because his bald and nothing to do with his dictatorial, megalomaniac running of the the club for over 20 years but yeah you just go ahead and pounce on the comment and start looking for something that isn't there by bringing in the ridiculous war criminal angle.

Anyway not going to get in a back and forth with you because I genuinely can't be bothered over nonsense like this. Let's leave it at that.

I think Levy's given up. He's probably achieved what he aimed to do. He must now sit there and look at the amount of money that is rolling in and be content. Sure he'd have loved a trophy along the way and nearly fluked it with Poch. But I don't think many of us can comprehend how much money the stadium is generating alongside the TV revenue. It's probably way more than Lewis and Levy anticipated when they started. We're one of the richest clubs in the world.

Now he's sitting there looking at the City, Newcastle and soon to be Utd owners and thinking....... I'm not competing with that. I'm not going to use all this money I'm pulling in to compete against oil states that can always outspend me. I'll just keep it. The stadium will always be full.

He's tried to keep the fans onside and duped many of us with the Conte signing. But it was clear quite quickly he had no interest whatsoever in backing Conte. And we are where we are.

Levy will trot out his usual end of season statement nonsense and will try and put a positive spin on things. But as long as the money keeps rolling in, I don't think he has any intention taking the club any further forward. That's the whole sad thing about it. Back to mediocrity but this time whilst coining in millions every week. Levy is just a glorified Mike Ashley.

I think what would hurt more and perhaps is a compromise with those who cant give up their season ticket - is not buying any food or drink or merchandising at the stadium. I think it is a far easier thing to do for fans than asking fans not to attend games.

We have what 40k seaosn ticket holders? that is a big chunk of money if no food or drink or even merchandising.

Also, clubs like Man United found out the hard way once a lifelong local fan gave up their ticket/ST for the tourists. Getting them to come back is incredibly hard! Most noise and the atmosphere created does not come from tourists; eventually, the stadium will be quiet as the tourists like to sit, watch, and take selfies. The likes of Levy won't care, though, as the money keeps rolling in. The only thing to do is create a negative stadium atmosphere that will drive the corporate interests away and wake Levy up.
