Yea there has been one person who came in to help the man settle in with the club. Lets not forget AVB brought 4 members of staff as well.

Look at most hirings and they take someone that worked at the club before hand

Did AVB have more? Freund, Martins, Sousa and Rocha, plus Parks.
Redknapp had Bond, Jordan, Sherwood and Ferdinand, and Allen? Was Parks his keeper coach too?

Not sure where it leaves Freund and Parks. Also will Sherwood's old technical coordinator role be filled? Or will Baldini take that onboard?

Incidentally, very happy about this appointment. I think the squad is already set up to suit his tactical system, just some fine tuning now in terms of personnel.

Tony parks was a member of the coaching staff before. We have loads of coaches that continue working with out anyone knowing who they are

At the end of the day I'm tired of infighting and factions behind the scenes at the club. I want the manager to come in with his team of people that he trusts. I think it breeds the best chance of a coherent message and success going forward.

What infighting this a stupid conspiracy created, Chris Ramsey and Sherwood are said to have got AVB his job. Fruend it seems was no longer favoured by AVB but that can happen with anyone

but we don't ever hoist staff on club, having a person with experience of the club is common practice with every club and the new manager has always brought their staff with them
