I think the first few games of the season suggest it'll be a real dogfight for 4th place, with a few surprises along the way. No reason why we shouldn't be right in amongst it.

I don't think Utd's victory over QPR was anymore impressive than ours and Liverpool are already showing signs that they may struggle to replicate last season's form.

Everton might just quietly creep in.

Too early to tell of course but I feel we could challenge for 4th.

Yep definitely open this year, liverpool struggling and they've only had their first game in the CL. Arse not great, Manure adapting of course, etc

In a way we should hope arse and liverpool at least get out of their CL groups to prolong their potential euro hangovers.

We need to keep going about our business quietly and under the radar!

Everton are playing their first team in the EL group stage and they will suffer from that in the latter part of the season IMO.

I think you're probably right. They have a smaller squad than their rivals but they are playing well and if they're fortunate with injuries they just might go one better on their unexpected 5th place last season.

Certainly does look like Liverpool will struggle with more games, heightened expectations and losing the only world class player they had, good to see.

The funny thing is that they've really not come to the point were the games are piling up, but They still struggle... Happy days!

Basel, Switzerland. St. Jakob-Park.

It's at the National Stadium in Warsaw. The one where the Poland - England game was postponed because they didn't close the roof during a massive thunderstorm and the pitch got soaked.

It is still early days as most have suggested but i dont see us doing it this year, Utd or Liverpool will grab fourth with the usual suspects in front of them although its good to see Everything so close.

We need to rack up the best points total we can - 75 points would really put pressure on that 4th place.
We'd still be in the race up to the last couple of games, and anything can happen.
