Really depends if he signs a new contract. If he does, forget about it, if he doesn’t… one has to remember both Vlahovic and Chiesa were put up for sale by Juve last summer. Juve will try to sell off as many fringe players as they can to raise funds, they will also likely sell Soulé as well because currently he doesn’t have a spot in the tactics and Juve can probably get about €30-40 mil for him. A lot will also depend on Allegri’s future which gets debated about every season around this time. He only has one year left and could well leave if results don’t pick up. If he does then a change of formation could effect who stays and goes.

All that being said Juve need coin. Badly. Considering they have Yildiz I think they might sell Chiesa, he’s only got a year left and the offers he’s been getting are bellow what he wants. A lot of reports suggest he will be one they may look to move on come summer. One could probably pick him up for around €40 mil, if they sold Soulé and Chiesa for €70 mil say plus some other fringe players that would give them money for koopmeiners who they are desperate for with Rabiot leaving and leave enough for contracts plus some other smaller deals. There has also been talk about Bremer being sold but I’m sure they won’t want to do that if they can help it.

Vlahovic if he doesn’t sign an extension they would maybe look for around €75 mil but probably end up getting something in the high €60’s but I’m totally guessing based on past valuations. I could be completely wrong.

Edit= Latest reports today seem to suggest Allegri will be leaving so it will be very interesting to see how that affects their sales. They will have to move players on 100% regardless just depends what system the new manager plays if the reports are true of course
Thanks mate 👍 great response

Injuries aside, the 2 stand out options for the wing, both stat wise and eye test IMO are Olise and Chiesa. After that, I would say Williams and Bakayoko would be bext.

Pedro Neto is great at some things (dribbling and crossing) but he constantly under performs his xG and his pressing is weak and the price being branded about I would expect better in these areas.

Obviously Neto and Olise also have concerns with hamstring injuries.

Yeah I’m obsessed with Olise, he’s so so good.

But that original hamstring tear with the french u21’s was brutal and the fact that it’s been reoccurring is a major red flag sadly.

Hope I’m wrong and he recovers well, because I love watching him play.

People have been recommending Dorgu for the LB role aswell, but I think we can partially rule him out😅

He needs another season starting before he thinks about moving. Looks to have talent but is incredibly raw, Gallo is Lecce’s starting LB to the point Dorgu played at LW against Roma. If he goes to Chelsea now he’d just get lost in their giant squad.

Murillo the Brazilian left sided centre back has been getting some good reviews . Only 21 could be a long term option for us
He’s really impressed me. There was a tentative link in January.

Another Championship we should look at is Philogene, he really looks like he would fit out system.
Their chairman has already set a price of £30 million, only seen highlights and that wonder (own) goal. Is he worth that?

Probably not in all honesty.

It's so difficult because we're looking for someone who can explode and become a superstar. Such a tough thing to scout but that's what we need out wide now.

I really like Philogene too but can he become a superstar, does he have that level of elite talent we need? Probably not but sometimes players develop very quickly and explode unexpectedly. Look at Kane. Not many thought he'd become the superstar he is today.

Considering he only has a year left on his contract and would count as HG eventually if we brought him in this summer, if we want a young prospect player then we should probably just go for Bardghji. He is still incredibly raw and I’m not sure how much he would be able to add next season but he looks a talent none the less and would probably be able to be picked up for reasonable fee given his contract situation. Plus obviously the Swedish connection.

It all depends what sort of profiles we want to bring in this summer. Philogene would probably be able to contribute more in the short term but Roony might cost half that much. It just depends if we are looking for two starting WF or if we would be willing to bring in one cheaper prospect option alongside a more established starter.

@Nick-TopSpursMan you were asking about Fofana the other day, I didn’t realise he only has a year left on his contract. Just saw one of the twitter ITK’s mention our interest in him and we also had our own talk about him in the past. Given his contract good bet he’s right near the very top of our list.

Yep I just saw that too!

Definitely a good player. Top 96th percentile for ball recoveries too which is very interesting.

I worry a little about his agility and his passing isn’t very adventurous. Would have been nice to have a DM with with more vision/range in that department but can’t fault his physicality and ability on the ball.

A few notable contracts ending this summer that might well tickle our fancy (outside of the obvious in Mbappe);

Rabiot
Zielinski
Lloyd Kelly
Ndidi
Kamada
Tosin

As for contracts ending in 2025, there's a smorgasbord of talent;

Ndidi used to be a really really good midfielder.

I presume his level has massively dropped in the past couple of years without seeing him as I haven't heard a single rumour about him.

I actually think he's got pretty good passing skills. He averages 8.01 progressive passes per 90 which is top 93rd percentile and 6.25 passes in to the final third per 90 which is top 87th percentile. I think he's got it in him to become a much more expansive passer in the right team with the right coach. He used to play some lovely long switches etc when I watched him more. If he is deployed as a single pivot 6 he could build on this.

My main question marks are like you say how good is his agility at PL level and also as a result can he play the single pivot 6 role? He has fluctuated primarily between double pivot 6 and 8 roles but as we know the single pivot 6 role is a bit different.

Certainly someone who would be near the top of my list though from what I've seen in the past, though I haven't seen him recently. Will try and watch a couple of Monaco games if I get a chance (much harder these days with a 3 year old running around!).
