You could try this for $10 a month. You are able to watch all the old fights on demand. You can go through fighters previous fights.

BT is fine (I have it), but most events are on at 3-5 am uk time, so it's not worth paying for it just to watch things live.

That's a good point.

Although just read that some of the live fans booed during the tribute to the Queen and started chants of USA. I’m not a royalist, but I have an understanding of respect.

Yeah fantastic fight. Thought Yan certainly edged it but not mad O'Malley got the decision as they both fought a great fight and I like him as a fighter. Props to him for the humble interview also as most act like they certainly won the fight even if they don't believe they did. Not easy to go from the level of fighters he was fighting and then straight to Yan.

That Paddy decision was a joke. I didn’t think he did enough to win any round, let alone win the fight!

Yep horrible decision. After the helwani stuff that happened last week I wanted paddy to lose today and no way did he deserve the win.

also dana come across as a complete tool in the press conference. Ankalaev got robbed but he craps on jan and ankalaev for giving a ‘horrible fight’, when it was actually a decent one and much better than some of usman’s hugfests he’s had. He also came out and trashed gordon for trying to hug it out in the third round and coast, so he deserved to lose. The irony being paddy himself said he wanted to take it easy the last round as he thought he was winning.

sad way to end 2022 as generally it’s been a great year for the UFC.

I wanted Paddy to win but that decision was a joke. Joe Rogan's reaction said it all.
Also dont think Paddy will ever be a top 10 LW, he just isn't that good IMO

TBF even Gordons corner were telling him he was down and needed a big third round so it shouldn't be that much of a shock. It's so much harder to judge than boxing as control and intent are such big point scorers. It's not just about how many times you hit the other guy.

Oh I must have missed that, even still I think some coaches use that tactic even when their fighters are clearly up just to give them that push. There seems to be no consistency with the judging in terms of control time, sometimes judges clearly take it into consideration and other times they dont. i probably need to re-watch it but Gordons shots seemed so much harder than Pimblett's. Michael Johnson called Paddy out and if he continues leaving his chin open i think Johnson would knock him out. i Imagine they'll give Paddy another couple of 'easy' fights before that though.

When did Stephan Bonner pass away?? That completely passed me by. The TUF 1 final could be credited with being the start of the explosion in popularity of MMA.
