Do I? Show my history of that then rather than just randomly saying that I'm negative. I'm one of the more positive ones on here actually. I just gave an opinion on what I think we'll do. Not everyone has an agenda when they give their opinion.

I think Tosin looks totally fine as a squad player. I do hope this means we're pushing the boat out for Tapsoba though.
We need a starting 11 quality player and I think Tapsoba is more that than either Tosin or VdV.

Tosin is quite clearly the ‘cheap’ homegrown option, 1 year left on his deal.
Pretending he’ll be our primary CB signing is negative, you have nothing to base it off other than you want to think the worst.

No I got it wrong as I thought he was going to be more like 25m. That was clear from my post as I named him in with VdV and Tapsoba and said it will only be 1 more expensive option. That's just being realistic though. If Tosin is cheaper than I thought for sure he could be one of the others. I just said that I don't see us spend big (25m plus) on 2 CBs. I think it will be something like 50m tops spent on 2 CBs.

We’re vey evidently going for Tapsoba or VDV, given the recent new I suspect VDV is now most likely.
Tosin will be in addition to one of them.

Yeah I hope so but my point was it won't be both Tapsoba and VdV as combined they're too expensive. I got the value of Tosin wrong so we can possibly get him with one of the others.

Him and Gallagher both IMO would be shrewd HG signings. I don't think you can go wrong with either as both as young enough to be sold on in a few seasons if they don't end up working out. Both IMO are good enough for our side currently as well.

Dude it’s been clear all summer long that he’s not our top CB target but he is one our top targets for CB depth. As that option he’s a very good signing and is well suited to the system with his pace, ability on the ball and ability in the air. Why is every thread filled with this kind of post? It’s so poorly thought out and just a made up scenario with absolutely zero evidence to suggest it’s likely. We had the same absolute tripe in the Solomon thread, another one who’s a very good player, obvious fit for the system and was clear why we signed him for football reasons as well as financial ones if you’d actually watched the player and knew his fit for Postecoglu’s preferencesFucking hell. By all accounts he’s the 1st of 2. He’s not going to solve our CB issues, but if anyone gets hurt, I’d rather have him off the bench than Tanganga or Sanchez.
He’s certainly a step in the right direction to a better CB group. Homegrown. EPL tested. Reasonably priced due to contract.

Seeing the same members moan over and over and over again about situations which haven't happened and are unlikely to happen is so fucking tiresome.
Not sure that it can been seen as an opportunistic signing as it’s not like it’s just come out of nowhere and as fell into our laps like Danjunma. I also think that they have a plan as he should be more suited to the managers high line than the players we currently have and he’s HG.
