Sadly these things can and do happen to just about anyone, even someone who has been in great physical shape all his life. Too often we think every heart attack victim is an obese hard drinking chain smoker. Hard to be positive at a moment like this but if it had to happen anywhere best it's somewhere he can immediately get the best medical treatment. Get well soon Ugo.
