Team Form: (All Competitions) Spurs WDDWW Huddersfield LWWLW
We are unbeaten in six games in all competitions against Huddersfield (W3 D3), since a 1-2 home defeat in April 1956. They haven't lost both league meetings with Spurs in a single season since the1953-54 top flight campaign, though this is only the fifth campaign they have met us since.
We are unbeaten in our last 33 premiers league games against newly promoted sides (W31 D2) since a 0-1 loss at QPR in April 2012. We have won our last 15 in a row against promoted sides, the 3rd longest stretch such run in EPL history (Chelsea 27 between 2002 and 2006 and Manu 17 between 2006 and 2009).
Huddersfield aka The Terriers, are unbeaten in their last 4 competitive visits to Wembley (W1 D3), with the last two finishing 0-0, both of which they won on penalties. They are looking to secure 3 consecutive EPL wins for the first time this season, last doing so within a single top-flight season in April 1956 (four in a row).
We are currently enjoying the EPL longest unbeaten run this season (10 games- W7 D3 L0), last losing to Man City in December. Since the start of last season, we have lost just one of our 33 EPL home games, picking up 84 points from those games, more than any other sides (W26 D6 L1).
Harry Kane's 24 EPL goals for us this season have been worth 14 points, the most of any player in 2017/18. If Harry scores, he will be the 3rd player to have scored 25+ goals in three consecutive EPL campaigns, after Shearer (Four seasons between 93/94 to 96/97) and Henry (Three seasons between 03/04 to 05/06).
