Pretty much the team I predicted and wanted bar Eriksen out, would have thought Son would replace Alli.

If we can't beat Millwall with that team then we've got some serious problems.

I've got an increasing nagging doubt about this game, they have got a good unbeaten record going, there is usually one shock result per round and this is the last possible one after yesterday. This could be a Spursy day and I've lost my lucky cup pants

Considering how long ago it was we last won a cup, I think it's safe to assume that either they don't work or are close to falling apart by now.

I've moaned plenty this season about how we make wholesale changes for cup games and they come back to bite us in the backside.
These changes? Acceptable I.M.O.
We're still very strong - no one can complain at the inclusion of Trippier, Winks and Son...or can they?
I'd say Vorm just about deserves his "Cup" place with Toby Dier & Verts in front of him.
It's going to be a super strong Semi-final clash of titans though...

COYS!

I had exactly the same team you predicted

Wouldn't have minded seeing Vertonghen rested for Wimmer today and Kane rested for Janssen, but then with Eriksen (who I would have played today and rested Alli maybe) rested it may well be a bit of a creative slog so maybe Janssen's better off on the bench not getting blamed for it.

Nkoudou doesn't even make the bench over Onomah. Christ.

That's not an issue, not making it over Sissoko is though

I always get nervy when i dont see dembele in the team OR on the bench! To important to not have around at all.

If players like Trippier don't play at all they will want to leave. We won't find better back up than Triip imo, so giving him game time in matches like this is a no brainer imo.

No Eriksen is a gamble in my eyes, most influential player we have.
Others i can live with.
COYS - lets go back to our other home

Has Onomah proved that he should be on the bench over Sissoko? I know both are on the bench today, but you'd rather see Sissoko not in the squad.

FA cup quarter final and we don't play Lloris. Doesn't look to me that we have the hunger to win this competition.

I think Vorm deserves to start this and hopefully we will get through (no putting mockers on!) and would be interesting to see if he starts semi.
