That seems to be the general consensus. There are a lot of fans from another club in North London who seem to be concerned and want Vertongen over there, hence they are tweeting a lot!

Yeah I think you are right. Personal Terms being agreed obviously doesn't mean any deal is agreed......but its amazing how many people fail to understand that sometimes!!
