We are in private ownership. ENIC own a large percentage of the club. So we're owned privately by them, but they're listed on the stock exchange. Only a possible explanation.

ENIC was de-listed from LSE in 2001(?) and AIM in 2003(?) after the Kindor Ltd (also Lewis/Levy) buy-out of Sugar and others. They then renamed the company ENIC Group and did not re-list. It's possible other 'sources' in the City have become aware of AVB's appointment but it was not announced to the Stock Exchange.
