I like doing our loans early in the window. Gives the player knowledge of what next season holds and a full preseason, while also letting the other team get invested in the player rather than just a panic loan at the end of the window to fill in depth.

One of our strikers also had joined Milwall on loan in young age and he turned out to be pretty good. Let's hope Parrott can go similar way :D

Personally, I don't think Jonathan Obika's career has been all that great

Fuck me that’s a good announcement video for a 2 appearance 18 year old on loan.

Chuffed with the loan. Great move. Should send Clarke with him so the two of them can come back with a partnership.

That's a good shout. Clarke certainly needs to go somewhere that he's going to get some game time and a local club, with a team mate would be a good thing.
We used to send players out on loan in pairs quite often, if I remember correctly.
Love to see our youngsters going out and playing, I've missed over the past few years.

Brilliant for all 3 parties hopefully we get some others that need loans done early as well. Giving them a full pre season at their loan clubs.

One coach I have always wanted at Spurs is Kevin Phillips because I think he is very good at his job and he could help players like Parrott and Kion Etete to become better players.

This is what Kevin Phillips thinks of the Troy Parrott move to Millwall.
