Having 11 outfield players should help his chances too.Playing in a 443 tonight. Looks like the rumour of a recall is helping him to get some starts
Norwich is the obvious option as they are competing at the top and looking to score goals to win games and Skipp will help him settle in. But I don't know enough about their reserve strikers to know if he'll get many games. He's unlikely to displace Pukki obviously
Oops typo haHaving 11 outfield players should help his chances too.
All part of the learning curve for him - particularly if he has always been the golden boy of his group. That for me, is one of the major benefits of playing "men's football" - not only are they bigger and stronger but the expectations and overall level should be consistently higher.he's playing but it's not going well and their fans are really starting to tear into him.
most of them seem to think that he's just been dreadful but then a small minority say that it's because he's getting very little service, one other issue is that he's playing on the left of a front three, which isn't a totally alien position for him but really he needs to play centrally. like kane he's a passer and a finisher rather than a dribbler/runner so he can look a little awkward if that's what he's being asked to do. hopefully things pick up for him soon but even if they don't i'm not overly concerned by how things have gone for him, he has a lot of quality and it that will eventually shine through if he sticks at it.
Yep, I remember another young striker of ours who had a few tricky loan spells. Didn't do him any harm. All part of the learning curve for him - particularly if he has always been the golden boy of his group.
