I saw Skipp, Sessegnon and Tanganga called up.

Was it for these games?
Any other youngsters involved

Edit, had a look no. But Fernandez will probably have an amazing tournament

Midfielders: Tom Davies (Everton), Ebere Eze (Crystal Palace), Conor Gallagher (West Bromwich Albion, loan from Chelsea), Curtis Jones (Liverpool), Dwight McNeil (Burnley), Oliver Skipp (Norwich City, loan from Tottenham Hotspur)

Attackers: Rhian Brewster (Sheffield United), Mason Greenwood (Manchester United), Callum Hudson-Odoi (Chelsea), Noni Madueke (PSV Eindhoven), Eddie Nketiah (Arsenal), Emile Smith Rowe (Arsenal)

hard to pick a side out of that lot tbh. also depends on the formation - which i'm guessing will probably be 343 given that seems to be england's "thing" right now.

My pick would be
4231

Ramsdale
Aarons --Tanganga - Guehi - Godrey
Skipp -- Davies
Mcneil - Smith Rowe -- Eze
Greenwood

Really weird of them to play the groups during an international break and the knockouts at the end of the season. But I suppose they have to so they don't clash with the Euros.

Personally my team would be:

Ramsdale

Guehi - Tanganga - Godfrey

Aarons - Skipp - Gallagher - Sessegnon

Smith-Rowe - Nketiah - Eze.
Bit of a shame we haven’t got a better striker now that Greenwood is out. Nketiah just isn’t very good but is still better than Brewster who has been distinctly average for Sheff Utd.

Group D seems like a tasty group. Good luck to the young Lions

Yeah Nketiah has really struggled at under 21 level!

Nketiah is phenomenally good at U21 level mind. Record u21 scorer of all time and still going. John Guidetti and Markus Berg prove you don't have to be a top striker in the adult game to be great at U21 level.

On the lineup. I'm thinking it will be a 4-3-3 or maybe 5 at the back. But I think that a 4-2-3-1 suits England better, particularly after losing Bellingham to the national team

Ramsdale
Aarons Tanganga Godfrey Sessegnon
Skipp Davies
Odoi Smith-Rowe Eze
Nekitah

Things to keep in mind, Tanganga and Smith Rowe are uncapped so might not be put straight into the starting line up. Sessegnon is normally played further forwards, as a winger at U21 level but normally does start when available. On paper, it's a very strong side, one of the strongest I've seen from England at this level.

Swiss should be winning, Godfrey gives the ball away ridiculously right on the edge of our box and the Swiss player played in just shoots directly at Ramsdale.

Why is this guy still in charge of this group?

not a great half.

skipp doing ok but a bit lost, not sure he really knows what his job is exactly. in possession the two centre mids become a bit redundant because the back three pass the ball amongst themselves, usually skipp would drop in to get the ball but that's not happening.
