Very underwhelming from McNeil overall for someone who is probably one of the most senior players out there in terms of 1st team appearances. Though it is baffling why he's used as a LWB.

This is just like watching England's senior team....or Spurs for that matter.

Who would have thought that a team managed by Aidy Boothroyd would look so disjointed and uninspired. Very surprising.

Isn't it still Ade Boothroyd in charge of the Eng U21? Not sure he is up to the job of developing what is meant to be the next crop of full internationals.

You'd think the FA thinks the U21 setup is designed to teach the young players what it feels like to underperform at a major tournament.

It's the only logical reason for keeping Boothroyd in charge.
