Pains me to say it but the most important is for West Ham to get through as would mean a German team go out.Villa win! If West Ham somehow win and Liverpool do the unthinkable then hey ...the 5th place nonsense is back

Nope. But they do get 1 coefficient point for getting through to the next round, on top of the 2 points for winning the first leg. And obviously means they could still win up to 7 more points if they won both legs of the semi and then the final (without a penalty shootout)Stupid question but do villa get a point for winning as they technically lost 2-1
So they get a warning if they break a rule, then they can break it again and get a second yellow but stay on the pitch even after that? Incredible hahaha.Actually that was changed to. They do get a warning before the yellow also.

Au revoir Ville d’Aston
So does Martinez get a suspension for two yellows in the same game?So they get a warning if they break a rule, then they can break it again and get a second yellow but stay on the pitch even after that? Incredible hahaha.
Hey I may not agree with the rule, but you have to say it delivered some big entertainment this evening!
As I was watching and they mentioned this I thought, 'I bet @cwy21 knew that', you lovely Spurs supporting referee nerd.very little known tweak to the laws a few years ago that yellow cards get wiped after full time and before PKs. Been waiting for it to actually happen.
Not stupid at all. Yep, would be divided by 8, so 0.875 points for England. Realistically the only slim hope is West Ham knocking out Leverkusen.Another stupid question. So if they got the full 7 points it would be divided by the number of teams england had ?
How have West Ham been outside the goal? Was it smash and grab or do they actually have a chance to beat Leverkusen?
West Ham well on top right nowHow have West Ham been outside the goal? Was it smash and grab or do they actually have a chance to beat Leverkusen?
Energetic and direct... Leverkusen have looked a bit rattled... but are getting a bit more control... but I can't bring myself to support West Ham no matter what... sorryHow have West Ham been outside the goal? Was it smash and grab or do they actually have a chance to beat Leverkusen?

It's England v Germany in my head and I've got my coefficient scarf on and I'm cheering for maths. It's the only way I'll be able to stomach it hahaEnergetic and direct... Except Arsenal. Fuck Arsenal. It's England v Germany in my head and I've got my coefficient scarf on and I'm cheering for maths. It's the only way I'll be able to stomach it haha
Probably yes... not only from the party but also mentally for reaching the BL-title for the first time... it can take a bit focus away from the next goal. Short term... Hopefully Alonso can make something happen at half time.Leverkusen still nursing their hangovers
