Yeah he can. He can also play up top in a 2, or we could play Kane as a CAM and son and him up front. Gives us a lot of options. The question is, could he play in Son’s position too if needed?
ie. Osimhen, Kane, Kulusevski front 3
If not then I wouldn’t sign him, we need a flexible forward.
110m euros I reckonSo how much is this chap likely to cost?
£80m maybe a tad moreSo how much is this chap likely to cost?
He is a centre forward he isn't as effective when played wide in a front three.

Amazing eventual replacement for Kane but as of now he really can't play all three positions (or is at least basically completely untried on the wing).
Probably the best young striker out there after Haaland, and imo much better than Nunez, but he's been playing as a target man for Napoli. His role is to pin defenders with his back to goal and bounce passes to the attacking midfielders - hence him being 1st percentile for progressive passes and only completing 16 passes per game.
Fantastic, fantastic player but not 100% sure how he fits unless Conte has got some smart Kane at 10 plan lined up and that's why he wants a Scamacca/Osimhen style target man.
