Is that commentator Watford biased or what? He's got a Danny Murphy voice, took me a while to realize it cant be Murphy.
It’s Watford that are broadcasting it so based on the fact he works for the club, I would say he’s biased.

You realise the PL kicks off next weekend? Players should have more fitness by now and even if they don't have fitness they should show a bit of effort.

Knowing you had a lot of games ahead of you I can't imagine the manager has instructed them to go balls out in a pre season friendly

I'm a Spurs fan and dont believe I could be biased in any way at all. I could be wrong though.

Some may not have many games ahead of them if they dont put in some effort though.

Everyone's in the same boat. The Premier League starting next weekend doesn't magically boost fitness - we're only 3 weeks into pre-season and would in a normal year only maybe be playing our first friendly now with competitive games still a month away. The best team in the world are currently losing at home to Blackpool. It's pre-season - it happens, and it doesn't matter. A game like this is being played at a good intensity and the opposition are having a real go at it, that's probably good for fitness building, and I'm sure Jose is far more interested in that than the result.

How is it slamming him by identifying a weakness in a players game? It’s 100% clear he was at fault for those two goals. If Foyth or Aurier did that, all hell would break loose, but the fact it’s a player that 99.9% of our fans have never seen play any prior to these friendlies you’re the worst in the world when you ovbserve and have an opinion on a youth player

The do gooders on here piss me off. Any slightly negative observation the usual candidates jump on it like you have just kicked their granny or something

The criticism of what Ndombele looks likes he's doing as opposed to what he IS doing is a little tiresome. His passing in that half was very good and he always looks to find a runner. Not much else to say about him than that really.

Lamela has been busy but the quality of his output has been shockingly bad
