West Ham do not have the power to prevent Tottenham Hotspur or Chelsea from sharing the Olympic Stadium, the London Legacy Development Corporation told a hearing on Monday.

TBH I dont want to go anywhere near those Pikeys. I bet the stadiums got wheels on it especially for them.

What matters is the new stadium. I don't mind too much where we have to go for a year, provided it is only one year. When that's done I want us to have the best stadium in London and I think there's every chance we will.

I guess so long as Cup games or replays did not clash with their Sunday fucking Pikey bring and buy sales we could, just could have a case to share for that period of time. Sooner fuck them about than piss money down the drain by giving it to the F.A. for renting Wembley.

Stratford would be a lot easier to get to for most fans too. It would be hilarious just to step on their toes over this, almost like violating their new home! And that silly moo Brady will look like a proper idiot (again) - lol

Stratford is an absolute shithole! I'd prefer to go to Milton Keynes (30 mins from Euston). The town was build for the overflow of North London so has a massive Spurs following. We'd we welcomed with open arm! Also the stadium is very impressive, Alli would definitely perform there!

I'd prefer Wembley and as the Olympic Stadium is going to be awful to watch football in it wouldn't be good to play there in that regard. But I'd love us to take it for a year just to annoy West Ham and their annoying owners.

Still my personal preferred option, but then I live only 20 mins away!

Having seen a rugby game at the Olympic stadium where the atmostphere was awful due in large part to the seating arrangements, I really don't fancy that.

Don't mind the Wembley option, but would personally rather we didn't have to share it with Chelsea. Just makes me feel sullied.:yuck:

MK is a lovely stadium and we'd pack it every game (unlike the other options). I can imagine it being a great home-from-home. And yes, MK would very much welcome us, their fans would go to the games and we may gain a few followers.

It would need massive bribes for Chelsea to pull off the planning permit in time.

These are very annoying articles, because they confuse and smudge over the important distinction. An "overriding priority" is not the same as a "veto".

So the LLDC says West Ham cannot "veto" a ground-share, which is correct, at least based on certain documents in the public record, and the journalist then uses 18-month-old quotes from West Ham that they have "overriding priority" over football uses, as if this contradicted the LLDC. They are both correct and the old quotes do not contradict the LLDC's statement.

The simplified version of the documents I have seen online is basically that West Ham cannot prevent another club from using the OS, as long as it does not interfere with West Ham's matches and their use of the stadium, because their use takes priority. Whether that is achievable is another question, but they don't have a "veto".

Stratford is probably easiest for MOST fans to get to. Stratford has more train lines than any other rail/tube station in UK.
I appreciate from some of the posts above that MK suits them, and it is a fine stadium. But for fans from Herts, Essex and North London, Euston is maybe 40-60 mins away? Then 30 mins? to MK from Euston
A ground in London has to be preferable for the large majority of our ticket holders?
Pissing off the Pikeys would be great, Wembley great as well. Either please!
