Teddy needs to remember that there's no 'I' in the word 'team'.He's Spurs top PL scorer and probably wants him gone to preserve that record.
Sorry Teddy, Kane's about to leave you in the dust... probably this season.

Me too. Bought away shirt. Kane 15/16 does the job. God damn chaos theory. Maybe if I wore my new shirt and no pantsSame here. Maybe those kits are cursed?
Ah, sorry. I've been having problems with my internet. I thought it hadn't been sent.true but We heard you the first time
Not sure if already posted but this is from the BBC report on the match. This is describing our second goal..
'That became six in four a few moments later. After Carroll failed to win an aerial contest with Jan Vertonghen, Eriksen's brilliant flick released Kane, who played in Alli. The midfielder's shot was blocked by Joe Hart, but his predatory colleague followed up'.
Were they watching the same game? That mistake takes away how awesome Jan was for that goal.
Anyway, my timeline is remarkably quiet at the moment.... It's so nice. Pity all the other top teams won though.
A ticket tout mate of mine used to go and meet Robbie Earle at a train station to buy tickets from him.Kyle Martino is to football punditry what King Herod was to baby sitting.
Robbie Earl is ex Wimbledon, so what the fuck does he know about footie?
I hope your comment is because he doesn't play in Dembele's position and not that you actually think they are far better as players than him.Wanyama and Winks before Lamela laced a boot.
Game was an interesting encapsulation of our season. Longish periods of fragmentation and stuccato rhythm. Followed by momentary passages of power and skill. Been like that in pretty much every game. Interestingly enough, the most coherent we've looked this season was our loss against Chelsea. Granted, we beat a good Dortmund team, but it wasn't a vintage performance.
Not sure what's preventing us to play as we can. Either other teams have figured out how to knock us out of our rhythm, or we just aren't clicking yet. It doesn't help that a few key issues are potententially impacting our state of play:
1. We miss Wanyama. Dier has done ok. But I think Wanyama is a little more fluid and faster in that role. I think its key to helping us press and harrie our opponents.
2. Something is wrong with Demebele. Clearly a knock or two is slowing him down. When he is at full flow in support of Wanyama, it's one the most robust central midfield combinations in the league.
3. Alli has lost confidence. There's no other explanation. He seems at odds with himself. Lost some of that joyousness and swagger. Not sure why, but I think he will bounce back. Poch needs to have a word with him. Perhaps suggest he tries to simplify his game until he gets going again.
4. Bedding in key players takes time. Aurier will be a very important player for us, but it'll take a few months for him to hit a consistent and smarter pattern of play. Sanchez has done well, but isn't 100% comfortable.
5. Davies has done incredibly well. But the truth is, when Rose was in full flow last season, we looked a lot more dangerous playing with three at the back. Davies is a lot more effective in a back four. Taking nothing away from the lad, as he's been a very able replacement.
6. Poch has gone from not having a plan B, to seemingly overthinking his tactics at times. I think we've seen that in a few games this season. He's still brilliant, and I love that he wants to diversify the way we play, but it takes time to have the players align with three or four different ways of playing,
Hopefully we sort it out soon!
Please don't add Lamela as a big miss. I'd be suprised to see him start in this starting eleven.
Squad player, and in no way will be getting in ahead of Dele, Eriksen, or Son.
He seems to pull opposition players out of position leaving our better players more room to operate and be effectiveSissoko had a good game in the centre of the park today, and was very commited. Glad it was highlighted on MOTD.
Quite an astoundingly myopic statement about one of our most consistent and effective players prior to his injury. Clearly, our manager (that's not you) doesn't seem to agree with you. Along with Davies and Sissoko, Lamela provides for those who need a scapegoat. Please don't add Lamela as a big miss. I'd be suprised to see him start in this starting eleven.

The squad is important though and even if when he comes back he may be behind the others, he could always work his way back in and will provide a valuable alternative.
You've got to be joking. The punditry on NBC is light years better than on SKY etcAnd that ginger bloke they have on there is pretty terrible as well, the punditry on NBC is pretty poor generally, although the host kinda makes it bearable.

I'm deadly serious, I'm not saying Sky is good, In fact it's pretty awful unless Neville and Carragher are on, but those two piss on anyone on NBC imo. You've got to be joking. The punditry on NBC is light years better than on SKY etc
He has these periods where he just doesn't look right. Was the same last season. The previous season was different because he was playing cm which gave him more of the ball with game in front of him. Playing in the hole is very different. You rely on others to give you the ball, you rely on the shape of the game to give you the space. It takes confidence and a certain instinctive "feeling" for the game that takes time to come.On Alli - He rarely has a great game in a conventional sense. Even last season, he hardly gets involved but does the damage in the final third just like today. Agree he is looking 'more bad' this season. But lets not forget in the opening 6games, he is the most fouled player this season. May be opposition is marking him tightly than ever before & that is getting to him.
He usually gets out of trouble with constant nutmegs - that isnt coming off yet - with him hitting defenders legs & losing possession. He will eventually come good IMO - inspite of all these ,he has still scored 3 goals & 1 assist in 7 games.
