Slags, fackin slaaags.
They reckon @riggi smells
West Ham were apart of the big five weren't they?
Just reading back on my neg ratings, it seems..... /snip/.....is a bit like Janssen being a top scorer in the Dutch league.
How many games did you see him play for Juve and I mean actually watch him and not YouTube vids of him banging in goals? He's bossed plenty of games in Serie A and in the CL. He is a superb player, for a modern day midfielder he has it all athleticism, pace, strength, shooting, skills, technique so I really don't understand what people are actually seeing when they watch him play.
Seems to be there is a common misconception with a player like Pogba, people expect him to be dominating and tearing up the league just because he cost so much money but reality is like any other player he needs time to settle like all players. What has happened is that he's been praised to high heaven and people's expectancy levels have shot up and when he doesn't produce people go way to far in their criticism to knock him down, it happens all the time, it' ridiculous.
Also comparing him to Delle Alli (I know you didn't do this) is stupid and frankly needs to stop because we're getting polarising opinions here and in turn it's doing Pogba a total disservice and those Utd fans on Redcafe are playing down Alli's ability just to form some sort of counter argument. Firstly even though they have similar abilities they play in different roles on the pitch so how is the comparison fair, secondly Alli is only in his 2nd season at the top level whilst Pogba is in his 5th, Alli hasn't played in the CL on a consistent basis yet and he's still only young and Pogba has only in his 5th month in the league, again how is that fair?
Can't disagree about Man Utd, they have brought a player and a brand which is why he cost so much money and they need to shoe horn him into the side at all costs, but if you're assessing him as a player ignore the price tag and the circus that comes with it and evaluate what he does on the pitch, not what happens off it.
It was 'big six' and I'm pretty sure Villa were in it as well
Thought the big 5 were Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard and Buffalo.
The only big 5 I remember was us everton pool united and arsenal
Here. This was when football was invented: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundation_of_the_Premier_League
I agree he's a super player. Lots of baggage though, and bullshit stuff that has nothing to do with football.
I actually think his biggest issue this season is that he's playing for Mourinho.
......unless you're at Addo in south africa where they have a Big 6 and include Great Whites!Thought the big 5 were Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard and Buffalo.
......unless you're at Addo in south africa where they have a Big 6 and include Great Whites!
*in fact, they may even call it the Big 7 now and include whales!
At least there's two of us!We appear to be wrong but I always remembered it as a big six as well with Villa being number 6
Three. I remember the big six including Aston Villa as wellAt least there's two of us!
West Ham were apart of the big five weren't they?
West Ham just about creep into the "Big 5" in London, let alone the top division - even then you can make arguments for Palace, QPR or Fulham (though Palace and Fulham have never won a major trophy IIRC)
And Paul Pogba is/isn't better then Dele.RIP what our opponents fans are saying about us, welcome to the big 5 or was it 6 it was so long ago I can't remember thread. I used to like this thread
