What's the single worst thing you've seen a Spurs player do?

Hadn't he broken a rib?
I believe so. I defended the guy to the hilt for a long time, and I still think he is a good keeper, but he was a massive source of embarrassment on umpteen occasions. The reason I posted the video is because I went looking for footage of his howlers on Youtube, saw the video of him crying, and nearly pissed myself. It's easy to laugh now. I wasn't laughing back then.

Footage quality is poor but how about this piece of madness at Old Trafford?-

The angriest I've been with a Spurs player for something on the pitch in recent years was Soldado's square pass to Chadli after being put through clean on goal against Fiorentina in the Europa League a couple of years ago. The decision to pass was definitely the correct one, but the execution was a careless, unprofessional joke that had nothing to do with a lack of confidence/poor form/bad luck etc, and it was the absolute nadir of Soldado's disastrous spell at Spurs.

I've recollections of both Carrick and Huddlestone taking on an entire team only to hit the post when facing an open goal lol

Football wise KPB passing the ball off the pitch twice before n the same game (I think it was against Derby and they were 5 yard passes), couldn't believe what I was watching.

Dembele eye gouge last year.

There was a pre-season game not long ago, when one of our 'rising stars' ( can't remember who) ran off the pitch to change a ripped shirt. I think we were defending a set piece at the time. Wish I could remember the name.

Toda - don't need to say any more!

Back on topic though, the Walker brain fart a few years ago at Anfield when we gifted the dippers a couple of goals had me foaming at the mouth!

The Kyle Walker header back against Chelsea was pretty special too

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Matthew Etherington having a go at the Park Lane for groaning loudly when he misplaced his 8th cross of the game. But to be fair to him, the crowd had been on his back for a while (previous games too) and he just flipped at that moment. For those unaware, he basically told the Park Lane to fuck off and I think he raised his fist to us too, in a sort of 'why I oughta.....' way.

I don't think I've ever been genuinely disgusted with a player but the 3-4 loss to City at home in the cup about 10/12 years ago when they had 10 men was the angriest I've been at a result. On the flip side though, I ended up yentzing the woman behind me who was at her first game (the deed was at my place, not in the stands) so luckily I was able to take my anger out via my penis hole.

Christian Gross as our manager was a pretty horrific sight.

On the same note.....so was seeing George graham as our manager and before one of our televised games, Sky doing a behind the scenes at his house and he had an Arsenal room full of memrobelia

Hossam Ghaly throwing our shirt to the ground after being substituted.
Didnt Robbie Keane do the same thing?
Anyway throwing down a shirt does not compare in anyway to this.

Disgraceful, had it been folk such as Charlie Adam, Barton, Terry doing that to one of our players, we wouldn't hear the end of it.

Scoring OGs at Wembley :(

Thankfully I was only 5 and not into football when we had Mabbutt's in 1987...still grim even hearing about it. Thank fuck for 1991 (y) I was a Tottenham fan by then.

Yes Keane did it too and it disgusts me how many people let that one slide but froth at the mouth that Ghaly did it.
Ghaly also gave 2 fecking teeth for Spurs, more than balances things out.

As for bad things our players have done, I seem to recall either Thatcher or Perry violently elbowing an apponent once. Almost Fash the Bash style.

I don't think I've ever really recovered from the FA cup game against Man City where we lost after being 3-0 up and with them having had a player sent off in the first half.

I remember watching it on teletext and feeling the crushing sense of inevitability set in as City turned it around in the second half. And that sense that, with Spurs, no sooner do you realise that the unthinkably disastrous is a possibility, than it turns into a hopeless inevitability has never left me and has proved right again and again over the years.

It's been done to death before but Ghaly's tantrum wasn't that bad in my opinion. For me every time you see someone trot off gormlessly without a care in the world after stinking the place out is much worse ultimately than seeing someone at least cares and has a bit of passion.
