There has been a third bid for He Who Must Not Been Named.

Don't know the amount, don't know what the reaction has been. Harry made aware bout am hour ago. My source told me about 3 minutes ago - A&C/mods know my source.

Don't know anymore fellas.

Got told by a mate of mine who was watching Chelsea TV earlier as their game v Portsmouth was on, and he said commentators during the game said they're led to believe a 3rd bid has gone in. He text me on about it, but I thought I'd wait for someone on here to mention it first so as to prove he isnt lying. He said they think the bid is over £30m

I wonder what effect expecting players to see out their contracts will have on perspective new players, and perhaps more importantly on their agents (who like to renegotiate them every couple of years so they can make their wedge).

If you were say Rossi's agent, where would you advice him to go... Spurs, where your player might be expected to serve the terms of the contract or somewhere you can keep plugging away year on year for a little extra.

think the ads are more intelligent. they show ads relevant to what you look at. the only conclusion that we can draw is that you are a closet united fan

or maybe not

Wrong there, just wanted it confirmed

Wouldn't imagine it was anything big, if it was the day/night before the game and he still played then storm in a teacup IMHO, Kevin Bond would have dropped him for anything big ?

sorry, did you say levy WANTS to sell??

Yes he meant levy still wants to sell i.e other first teamers before we bring in any new plsyers

Midfield is the biggest corncern now. We want a top striker but we have plenty of time and cover at least for now for there.

We have more midfield cover surely ?

Palacios, Jenas, Niko, Hudd, Bostock if needed, Kaboul and King can play CM, Rose is a good tackler, Striker is way bigger importance

interesting. wouldn't expect the other ones to through a fit...

Sounds to me like Robbie Keane.

Can't believe the suggestion that the priority has moved from strikers to midfield. Sandro being injured is obviously a huge blow, but unless Levy is willing to sell Modric, we have plenty of midfielders.

We need a striker, or preferably two.
