Is it just me or does anyone else think it's odd that Crouch has been on the verge of going all summer according to the ITK, yet the OS is running regular stories about him, and Harry has said already that he doesn't want to sell him?

i know its probably media bullshit but fact chelsea offering 2 players who are at best glorified subs and not very important to their first 11 says it all for me. no fucking respect. even their managing director or whatver he is, had the cheek to say the bid went public for some reason. It was those c***ts that made it public.
if chelsea are serious and we are actually going to sell i want 2 first team players who make a real difference to them in return. end of. anything else will be a totally we pulled ur pants down and fucked ye from their side !
under no circumstances though should he be sold and sends out all the wrong messages. wud set us back years if he is sold. when he wants to go next year send him to madrid or barca.

If ITK is to be believed why would Levy leave it so late to sell Modric so we couldn't get a replacement it an leave us with a gaping hole in midfield? Why not take the Arsenal route and out him now so we can get someone in. Lightning can't strike twice can it?

So your point is moot, as we don't need to find a replacement now for someone who is not leaving this window.

just had a thought about the mod*** position and the alleged harry/levy position as well...... (i know this aint ITK etc etc etc ...its just a thought that occurred)
Maybe just maybe levy will be prepared to let the little guy go for a combination of the following dispensations from chelsea:-
a) some serious wedge (Thats a given its just the amount innit?)
b) some quality players (sturridge / drogba / who else? (would personally say to em we want sturridge and McEachran that would stir up a hornets nest wouldnt it?))
c) AND THIS WOULD BE THE BEAUTY!! - Chelsea release Ancelotti from the constraints of his Gardening Leave clauses.
And discuss.......
