i had a special health lecturer tell our group that he once resuscitated someone much after half an hour. watching them taking him off on the stretcher they are still going, if they keep going he still has a chance.

as long as the body is receiving oxygen via cpr or other means then there is still a chance.

Praying for Muamba to pull through, Fox Soccer Channel in the US cut straight off-the right thing to do- really shocked by this.

I really don't like them talking about the Foe incident. At a time when there is so much uncertainty it really shouldn't be mentioned. Only when we know the outcome should they bring that up. If I knew Muamba and was watching ESPN the last thing I would want to hear is of another footballer passing away.

Well done to Barnes at least for saying that people have pulled through in these situations.

To be fair all those saying ESPN should be off air should just change the channel

I don't think any arsenal fans would chant an ex-spur's name if he collapsed during one of their games.

why are they still fucking talking about this, they're milking it now...

I'm not watching it but I'd guess there are thousands who are watching it now waiting to hear some news about whats happening.

You can continue CPR for as long as it takes. As long as oxygen gets to the brain and vital organs you will have a hope.

They can place him into intensive care and let a machine breath for him. Hopefully it won't get to that stage. The CPR started near immediately. They have given him the best chance.

Brutal stuff to watch. Really hope he pulls through. His family must be in hell right now.

Come on though this isn't really the occasion to be trying to put our fans in better light than other teams fans. Much more important matter at hand.

I would like to think they would see him as a human like any decent person... Good luck Fabrice you can pull through
