A swedish journalist tweeted that Muamba has had heart problems before. Anyone heard anything about that?

This is getting my blood boiling now, why the fuck are they still on air - its so disrespectful....

they're still waffling on.

Turn it off?

They might be struggling to find something else to put on. They were expecting a game.

I saw this live only a few months ago here in Norway, Brann player Carl-Erik Torp collapsed and had an absolutely massive heart attack in injury time of their game against Sogndal. It was probably the most harrowing thing I've ever seen, and when the news that he'd been resuscitated only to have another heart attack in the players tunnel came through I really thought the worse. But he pulled through, and has now returned to work coaching Brann's junior teams.

Fair play to our fans, but I believe any fanbase would've had the common decency to do what they did today. Quite right for the game to be abandoned, nobody can focus on playing a game after something like that.

I really hope Muamba pulls through and has a long and happy life after this, but you can't help but fear the worst right now.

for those whinging about ESPN discussing it - we are doing the same here! Its not like they are showing the incident so give it a rest. We are all here awaiting news on how he is doing and hopefully they will bring it us. If you dont like hearing people discuss it then change the channel and stop posting in a thread about it.

I'm not watching it but I'd guess there are thousands who are watching it now waiting to hear some news about whats happening.
The latest news on Fabrice Muamba is that medical staff were still trying to resuscitate him on his way to hospital. ESPN have reported that Bolton boss Owen Coyle and club captain Kevin Davies are set to join him there.

I don't think any arsenal fans would chant an ex-spur's name if he collapsed during one of their games.

Mate please realise that at the end of the day this situation goes way past what team you support, this is about wanting a fellow human being who turned up to play a game of football as his job and for our entertainment to pull through.

Hope Muamba comes through this. I feel guilty coz I was only slagging him off last week because of him crocking Gareth Bale in 2007 putting Bale out for the rest of the 2007/8 season.

It's on SKY News - I'm watching and hoping we hear some good news soon... the guy is only 23. Awful thing to happen.
