Somewhat sentimentally, there is something about JD that I really like - speed/no backlift - but he plainly doesn't want to stay in a pool of strikers where he won't be first choice. But pragmatically, hanging on to him for another year would allow new strikers to find their feet too. (I really hope he gets to play in the Euros and scores a hatful. But sadly, I don't see him starting)We had 3 for the whole of this season.
1st Half (Ade, JD, Pav) 2nd Half (Ade, JD, Saha).
Personally, I would like to see JD sold and us bring in all 3 with Rafa as the no. 10 option.
